These decisions will shape issues like gender-affirming care, First Amendment rights, employment discrimination, environmental protection. After a brief discussion of the Court’s role and structure, ACLU of Maine Legal Director Carol Garvan and Chief Counsel Zach Heiden will dive into the local and national implications of the biggest cases on the docket this term.
