I don't want to be too hard on the Obama administration--I sometimes have a hard time making up my mind too, especially on important topics.  The President should weigh the pros and cons, consider issues from all angles, before reaching a decision with enormous impact.  But, on the question of whether to continue the sham millitary commission proceedings at Guantanamo or bring terrorist suspects into time-tested justice system for actual trials, hasn't there been enough time?  When he was running for President, Mr. Obama knew that the millitary commissions were a poor excuse for a justice system.  Age has not improved them.  It is time for the U.S. to put the embarrasment of improvised justice behind it.
