Citizenship, Immigration and the Constitution

Southern Maine Community College (SMCC) will be hosting a public discussion about citizenship and the Constitution to honor Constitution Day.  The discussion will be centered on the following questions:  How is citizenship defined in the Constitution?  How does immigration status affect access to services in Maine?  And what about efforts to repeal “birthright citizenship”?  Panel participants include:
