Voting absentee is a great way to vote on your own time and avoid the rush of Election Day. You can vote from the comfort of your own home and take all the time you need to research candidates and vote your values.
All registered voters can request an absentee ballot. You don't need an excuse or any other reason. You can even track your ballot on the Secretary of State's website to ensure it is received and counted.
If you aren't registered to vote, or you need to update your registration because of something like a name change or change of address, you can do that online.
