Yesterday, the New York Times wrote an article on Yahya Wehelie, an American refused entry back into the United States because has been placed on the no-fly list by the FBI.
In Orwellian fashion, Mr. Wehlie is not being charged with any wrongdoing yet has not been allowed to board a flight home. So despite agreeing to hours of interrogation and offering to fly back to the United States in handcuffs, he is left in Cairo as an exile in our War on Terror.
