The ACLU defends the Bill of Rights and the Constitution for everyone. No other organization works on so many civil rights and civil liberties issues. As a result, sometimes we're in the news on multiple issues, even on the same day. Yesterday I spoke to Maine Public Radio about patient privacy for medical marijuana patients. Shortly, afterward our Legal Director, Zach Heiden, spoke to MPBN about religous freedom. The common theme is freedom from government interference.
