A staged reading of an adaptation of Sinclair Lewis’ “It Can’t Happen Here.”

Set in 1930’s Vermont, an authoritarian American politician becomes a dictator.
The proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the ACLU of Maine and The Immigrant Legal Advocacy Project (ILAP). The ACLU of Maine will be present at the Friday performance.
Two performances: Friday 9/12 and Saturday 9/13.
A donation of $10 is requested and can be paid at the door.
