A Patriot Act fix is a huge priority. Just yesterday, it was reported that the FBI has collected 1.5 billion records (yes, BILLION) for a massive data mining operation. That turns presumption of innocence on its head, treating all of us as suspects until proven innocent. It's yet another example of how the Patriot Act and subsequent related bills passed by Congress gave intelligence agencies and the executive branch too much authority to spy on law-abiding Americans.

They admit that only 3 of the 763 so-called sneak and peek searches (where authorities enter your home without notification) had anything to do with terrorism.
