After a brief discussion of the Supreme Court’s role and structure, we will dive into the biggest cases on the Supreme Court’s docket this term. The Court’s decisions in the 2025 term will shape issues from gender-affirming care to gun safety, from employment discrimination to environmental protection. We’ll discuss the important decisions the Court has already issued this term (a number of them on a closely divided vote). And we’ll talk about the major issues the Court has yet to decide and how those decisions may come down. We look forward to a spirited discussion.
